Absolute massive shout-out goes to my engineer who's been sort of a dedicated enginner to me since I started with sky.

 

been having issues with GigaFast and nobody at sky was listening to me.

 

he came round and saw the issue himself and 2 days later Openreach were booked as they found a fault outside. 

Amazing service from him. You know who you are ❤️
