id like to leave a review for Matt who came out to install my Q box after 3 failed attempts with other engineers. Matt told me exactly what he proposed to do and a timescale. I can't fault him he was absolutely fantastic and so I would really love this feedback to get back to him and his manager!
Thanks again Matt you made what other engineers deemed as impossible, into possible! 10/10 customer service.
