Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi, I rang regarding technical difficulties with my mobile and I spoke to Glynis who was absolutely lovely and so helpful.  Not only did she assist with the problem I rang about initially but she also helped me get offers I didn't know I had and was able to bring down my bill which at the moment is a great help.  I wanted to say thank you very much ... you're an asset to their team.
