I wanted to shout out to the installer who visited me in for my home move in Bristol last Friday (10th June). She will incredibly friendly, really thorough, and took real care to make sure the installation was done as neatly as possible (minimising visible cables, etc).
It's a shame that no post-visit email goes out (that i have received, anyway). Whilst the srrvice was good enough for me to hunt down this forum, many people, who would otherwise be giving positive feedback about engineers, wont do so.
