Dear Sky,
I have been extremely impressed with one of your sales team today. One of the best in the business. Ronnie was accommodating, made sure everything was taken care & went above and beyond. He is a huge asset to the Sky brand.
I never usually write reviews but after trying to get help from 3/4 other members of your sales team with no luck, I then was put through to Ronnie who managed to deal with my purpose of calling & more.
To any Sky customers who read this, not sure if you can but I would advise asking for Ronnie as you will be amazed what he can do for you on your Sky Package & other deals such as Sky Mobile etc.
Superb & I really hope he sees this.
