Mission Accomplished
I phoned to negotiate my Sky contract today. I was put through to SHYAMAL who I think was in the Values Team. She was very helpful, polite, and kind. She explained things clearly and efficiently. She found the best deal to suit my personal requirements. Please pass on my thanks to her. I would rate her 10/10. Unfortunately, I did not receive a feedback form at the end of the call so was unable to complete that for her. Thank you, Kathryn
