Today I spoke to Imanuel (apologies if this is spelt wrong)

 

What a lovely manner-able man you have working for you! He helped resolve my query with plenty of clarification which I totally appreciated.

 

I ordered an I phone 13 pro which sadly after multiple attempts (at least 5-6 compared to what dpd advertise as 3, I may have got lucky and this is due to dpd not sky but I still appreciate this as sky must have a great relationship with dpd) so the order was on its was to be returned to sky..

 

Imanuel had no problems in dealing with this by contacting the distributions team who was able to cancel my order (within the 14 day cooling of period) most companies get bad reviews by customer who not only leave a bad review but also a false one. If your not within your terms you dont win, simple. They’re there for a reason.

 

Thank-you once again Sky and Imanuel, and I hope my review will make people reconsider leave such a harsh one in return!

 

Please consider the agent you spoke to can only do so much..

 

P.S. The above has also been posted to trust pilot, please all post your reviews on there too to get there score up! I also work for a company that has just over an above average score on trust pilot so ever review really does count, were all out here to help each other (most of us anyway!)
