i joined sky on  in february and realise there was a problem with my order and I was charged  £174 on my telephone bill even though I thought I had Sky Anytime.I spoke to Qinnat a member of your staff from the  cancellation team. she was very helpful in order to get my query resolved and explained everything to me very well and most importantly listened to the customer

I would like to thank her for all the hard work and appreciate all the help she has given me

 

please let her manager know and may she be commended for her hard work
