Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Hi - I recently had a very difficult experience with Sky when I was attempting to manage my elderly Mother's move into a home and where I wanted her to have a Sky TV, Broadband and Phone package in place as part of that.  I won't go into the details but I dealt with a number of people at Sky that all demonstrated reasonable customer service in the conversations that I held with them but where information given to me was incorrect, not communicated to other departments involved in the installations and most annoyingly where committments were not kept (for call-backs).

After far too many instances of this kind I was ready to throw the towel in despite the fact that I feel the product offering at Sky is better than competitors and something that I definitely wanted my Mum to have.  At this time I spoke to an operative in the Uddingston call centre called Kerry and since that point, my experience started to turn around to the point where I can now look back and say the installations are all in place and everything has been resolved (well almost 🙂 - I still have one small issue to resolve).

Kerry's Sky ID is KEW06 and she took control of the complaint that I had raised with regards to our early treatment on this.  I always received full and correct information from Kerry, she explained the processes facing me as we went through and most importantly, always followed through on her committments to call me back etc.  Kerry's customer service was first class and she is a credit to your organisation - We would be with BT if it wasn't for her intervention.  I have struggled to get appropriate feedback through for Kerry so hopefully this attempt will be successful.  Please pass on my thanks and gratitude to her.
