I just wanted to let you know that I am so happy to provide some positive feedback to a large firm for once. I'm specifically speaking with reference to one of your engineers that I had the pleasure of dealing with today. I must say, you do expect sometimes with large corporations to be sent an underpaid, under satisfied, under enthusiastic member of staff and I don't give thanks often but in this case I thought it my duty. I made a point of noting down the gentlemen's name in anticipation of leaving a review, a Mr Tomasz Skorek. Tomasz was so helpful and explanatory, taking time to show my son and I all the features and settings of the boxes. When I thought there may be a problem with the sky box sets, Tomasz very quickly assured me that my issue would be resolved which it was, very speedily I may add and we were also able to take up Tomasz's offer of adding on sky cinema there and then and at a great price! Like I said, I don't often leave reviews for anything but smaller businesses but in this case I found it particularly appropriate to express my appreciation for such a genuinely positive experience with a larger firm. Please pass my thanks again to Tomasz and I would advise you to hold on to him!
