Hi there
I called Sky yesterday in the morning at around 11am. I was served by Audrey who made the whole process a breeze, her friendly manor was a breath of fresh air and she really made a big effort to find out what I was using and what worked out the cheapest option. I even found out we have both just finished the same series on Netflix! I could not speak any more highly of her and I left the call having received the best customer service over the phone ever! A massive thank you and well done to Audrey for making my day and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
