Everytime I have spoken to Sky the customer service is without doubt the best in the UK. Staff are polite and put up with my stupid questions. Since the lockdown though you have been superb about pausing subscriptions which is great. Cricket is my main sport and I am watching all previous highlights and your special programmes. Fair play and keep it up
