I called the Sky Customer service at 1705 on 1/7/22. My enquiry was about my Sports package , having already renewed my subscription for another 18mths .
The employee was a lady from Mumbai who had great confidence. In helping me With the enquiry . The lady also explained the SKY GLASS Product in good detail. ( my tv at present is a 50inch and you boy 2 yrs old ) but she was able to send me a link to view at my nearest sky shop in my area .
The lady was able to suggest the broadband ( to add to my package ) but as my landlord already has it installed ( I may be able to get it changed to my name .
The lady showed immense professionalism and was courteous / well mannered helpful understanding off me ( the customer ) and was able to answer any questions / queries I had . I was out on hold for a while but the lady checked in a couple off times as not to prolong the silence.
Petsonally The lady has the qualities / attributes off being a team leader . I've spoken to a few off her colleagues last week ( during my SKY TV renewal contact negotiations & Sky Mobile purchase) as good as they where but this lady is streets ahead in terms off negotiations. .
( A lot off call centres in different fields could learn from her )
In due course I will speak to my landlord about the broadband change offf ownership .
