I just want to say a massive thanks to Elizabeth at retentions, Scotland, who went above and beyond my original query.
I phoned up sky not happy about them cancelling sky sports when it was just meant to be paused and had put extra charges on my bill for no reason.
I phoned up and Elizabeth answered, from the very start she was very understanding and immediately identified the problem, which was not an easy fix due to what was previously done.
She then worked her magic and got everything resolved. Happy days!
I then got a phone call again a bit later on from Elizabeth with further questions and advice regarding my account, something she did not need to do and when I stated my compliments she quickly said "it's her job" however what she did was not just her job.
Outstanding service, going above and beyond to help me out especially.
