today (27/07/2020) I had a lovely gentlemen called daniel who fitted my sky box today, he was so lovely and welcoming and I usually feel really uncomfortable around new people with suffering anxiety but he made the whole process so easy from start to finish, he's such a nice and pleasant man and you really should be proud to have him on your team
