We had a failure on our Sky Q box, which we reported, and we took the opportunity to make some changes to our subscription. The box was replaced today by a Sky technician, Victor. From start to finish, everyone we spoke with in Sky was courteous and helpful. The replacement, too, was carried out efficiently and considerately.
