I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Caroline from the mobile department for helping me out today with my situation which has been going on for a while. Caroline assured me she would do her best to fix the situation and let me know every step she was doing. Caroline is such a happy/friendly adviser and certainly makes you feel at ease and goes above and beyond what is expected of her. I would say talking to Caroline was the best experience I have had with a sky adviser in 12 years with sky. Caroline is an asset to your company!
