A great big thank you for the help last Thursday 27/08/2020.

 

I called to say I had problems with my Sky Q Box keep having to reset the hard drive.

 

A new box was received by DPD on 28/08/20 and old box collected.

 

I think the lady I spoke to on the phone was Lisa who was very helpful.

 

Good job all round.
