Hi
I had Sky TV installed on 12 August. I can't remember the engineer's name (sorry!) but he was very friendly and as our installation wasn't straightforward, open to ideas and suggestions about where to site the dish. All done in 1.5 hours, set-up and working perfectly. I'd like to thank him for doing such a great job, he's a credit to Sky.
