I would like to send a thanks to a employee called Michael (I didnt get a last name) that I spoke to over the phone, and literally was the most helpful, friendly person ive dealt with over the phone ever. He dealt with all my enquiries fast and explained everything down the a t to me, and sorted out a package perfect for me at a great price, after speaking to 2 employees already that were no help.
Sky needs to employ more people like Michael, thanks again.
