Just wanted to say a big thank you to Zane the engineer who came out yesterday.  The service was brilliant. Wore his PPE, was very polite, helpful and answered all our questions, but best of all got our box working again. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very patient with us as we aren't the brightest with techie things. He has an excellent work ethic, I think you can safely say we were impressed. 

Excellent 5 star service from contacting sky to the engineer coming out. Thank you again.
