Hi

Just wanted to flad exceptional customer service from adviser on 16/08/20.

After much confusion following e mails from sky to renew package and a previous call, to understand what i was being offered left me even more confused, entertainment, signature, superfast and all other re branding!

I got through to an adviser called Hiba, she listened allowed me to send her screenshots of offers and then we both fought our way through tech issues and confusion.

She has the patience of a saint! 

In the end i got everything i wanted in my package a massive change from first adviser being as confused as i was 🙂

And my monthly charge dropped a few pounds.

Perfect.
