I recently moved & needed wifi installed asap due to medical equipment connected to it. A manager named Emma dealt with me & went above & beyond to ensure that this happened. She called me 4 or 5 times & was incredibly pleasant & helpful. Very grateful to her x

Sky - you need more Emma's!
