HI, 

I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to one of your wonderful employees, a lovely scottish lady called Kelly Ann who i spoke to last thursday afternoon(the 7th) in i believe the cancellation department. I never got an email to supply feedback and so thought id message on here. She is an absolute diamond who sorted me out with an amazing deal ( much better than i expected). She was very friendly, clear and helpful during the entire phone call and i was over the moon with what she accompished for me. 

Again a MASSIVE thank you Kelly for your help , your an absolute star and a credit to sky.
