Hi,

Following a few installation teething problems, I had the very good fortune to speak to Stephen Wearmouth. I'm not entirely sure which department he works in but it's clearly in Newcastle somewhere!

 

Stephen resolved every issue I raised regardless of their importance. This guy really seems to believe in customer service. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He's a huge credit to Sky and I wish him and his team, Sunderland FC every success in the future!

 

Id also like to thank the second installation engineer (the one who actually installed the kit).  He did a fantastic job.

 

 The first installation engineer....not so much!

 

I'm chuffed to beans so far with Sky and it's largely down to these guys.
