Mission Accomplished
On 10/1/20 I spoke to a gentleman who was extremely helpful at solving my problems, helped me with lower my bill as it was becoming an issue. He couldn't have done more to help. Very polite and friendly. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. At the end of our conversation he did say there would be a text message sent out that I would be able to leave feedback on and I told him he would recieve the recognition he deserved. Unfortunately no text arrived. If there is any way of checking records to see which staff member assisted me and pass on my gratitude that would be greatly appreciated.
