A thank you to the excellent service provided by Michael Sweeting based at your Newcastle office who helped us wonderfully. He went above and beyond and did so professionally, delivering on exactly what he said he would do and in the timeframe he outlined. He stayed in touch and kept us informed throughout. We have come to experience this as the norm with Sky which is to say our expectations are always exceeded.
