I just spoke with a wonderfully helpful and fiendly agent in Glasgow called Richie.
I think he was in the retentions team as the number I was given to call was for someone who was considering leaving Sky.
Please could someone pass on my thanks to him for his wonderful service. He did everything he could to give me the package I wanted and make sure my bill was as low as possible. He was knowlegable and very helpful and was a great credit to Sky. I am blown away by his customer service which was superb and hope that you will be able to recognise this and praise him.
