Hi,
Last week or the week before I had an amazing customer service interaction with Paul (60PPM03). I had been experiencing issues with my broadband internet for months, which on the day had been much worse, and he very efficiently and professionally helped me out - including getting an engineer booked free-of-charge due to the nature of the (terribly unreliable) internet service my flatmates and I had been receiving from Sky. He was super friendly and explained everything to me in a very clear way - honestly, it was how I wish all customer service interactions could be!!!
