Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I had a visit from a sky engineer yesterday to rectify a couple of issues with my sky q box since it was replaced about six weeks ago. After his initial inspection he said that it appeared I had been very unlucky and my recently replaced box appeared to have a fault.

He installed another new box, changed the HDMI cable and remade connections on another cable, he was extremely professional and gave me complete confidence in what he was doing. Since then I am experiencing the best picture quality I have had for a considerable time, this engineer should receive some form of recognition for his service.
