Hi I was just speaking with one of the customer service team, Ellis. My phone disconnected before I could complete the customer feedback survey and I was hoping to submit it here?

Ellis provided friendly, polite and very helpful service, when dealing with my new contract. I found the call informative and I am very happy with my new contract. Thanks again, Ellis!! I give him a rating of 10 (highest) for all questions concerning my call today and look forward to many more years with Sky 🙂
