Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Last Saturday we had SkyQ installed. we had a slot booked for Saturday no specific time.

Just before 8am Jason called to say he would be with us within 20minutes. He was.

He then did a wonderful install job, very neat and tidy, very courteous as well. Nothing was too much trouble and he set up our SkyQ and Mini box and explained everything. 
Seriously I couldn't have expected better.
