I'd like to commend one of your telephone operatives who helped me out this morning. My 83 year old father is recovering from major surgery and he ran out of data on his mobile phone. This was causing major stress amongst my family and him in particular as we can't visit him. Please, if you have an employee of the month, I would like to suggest this Scottish lady for praise. If there were more like her the world would be a far better place as she went way behind her requirements!
