Hi there. I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the engineer who installed my sky q on 4/921 he was exceptional. I have had a previous engineer come to me, he wasn't here longer than 15 minutes and told me that I couldn't get a signal and left. The chap who came today was here for over an hour and a half and had some problems which he patiently worked on until it was done. I hope he gets this passed on to him. He was fantastic.
