Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I really hope this reaches where it needs to.

 

I recently had some things go wrong when updating my sky package, it happens and it's ok. What I have found alot since Covid is so many companies ( some understandably so, some just to incorporate things they never would have before and put more stress on their employees) are becoming increasingly difficult to rectify problems, it can take days to have replies, arguments to rectify and I find it so draining and stressful. 
I called sky this week to rectify an issue with billing, a gent named Thom answered the phone, he was so professional, polite and helpful, he resolved what he could and said he would get back to me as soon as he could with confirmation of what he had managed to fix, I actually thought I won't hear back, but just now I have received an email and a text letting me know that not only did he fix it, he did a little more.. this means the world to me right now, I don't know who you are but thank you, best customer service I have recieved in a very long time and right now help and kindness for some of us is everything.  Thank you Thom.
