I would like to say thank you to Emma, who came to help us at our home in Knutsford on the 10th November.
Too many large companies are blighted with indifferent service and systems and processes that serve their own needs not those of their customers.
Emma came to solve a problem with our Sky system which turned out to be a simple fix. She went on to test our whole system, including 4 mini boxes - provided a booster and hard wired our latest mini box. Emma went the extra mile and was a pleasure to have in our home. She has improved our viewing experience and made us feel good about being a Sky customer.
