I would just like to pass on my thanks to Michael in the retentions team for all his hard work in hepling me today. Its so nice to speak to someone who has genuine enthusiasm for thier job, the company they work for and for the customer. Michael saved me a nice chunk of money on my bill but more importanly brightened up my day. This diamond of an employee deserves some recogintion !
