Just want to give a great big thanks to sheldon who was amazing and negotiated a great new deal for me, i have been a long standing customer for over 21 years and he recognized that and give me amazing deals, but not only that he was friendly, polite and just lovely throughout, even through i was a bit angry about other issues with sky at the beginning of the call, he made me feel so much better.
so thankyou again Sheldon keep up the great work in what must be a difficult job in these difficult times we are all experiencing. Thank you Lisa 😃.
