I just want to leave a review of my experience and thoughts about being a Sky Customer.
I've been a Sky customer for almost 8 years now and for me I think Sky is hands down the best TV service out there. I was a Virgin customer for years until I received a tempting offer to join you and haven't looked back since.
I have a Sky Q 4K HDR box for the main room and a Sky Q Mini box for our bedroom and have everything apart from the Sports and Kids channels. You offer amazing movie choices and provide superb TV box sets. Now that you've added Apple TV + to Sky Q along with Netflix, Prime and Disney Plus it's made an already awesome box even better.
I received an invitation for Sky Glass but I declined this as I have Sky Q hooked up to my LG OLED TV so for me it would mean taking a drop in picture quality. Thanks for the invite though.
Whenever my contract is due to end I always ring up to negotiate a better deal and your staff have always been super helpful.
Myself and my partner both work from home and with me working nights and she works during the day we need our internet to be reliable 24-7 and out of all of the time we have been at home since Covid we only had 1 issue with broadband which you quickly fixed.
I know lots of people share their bad experiences here but I just wanted to write this review to thank you all for the hard work that you do.
