I would like to thank Lewis who helped me today when I called upset about being charged for a sky Q box that I had already returned on November 27th 2021. He let me know that he would look into this and would get back to me as soon as possible with an outcome when he next worked over the weekend.
He reassured me that I wouldn't be charged (if I still was going to be charged) until my next bill in January and calmly explained to me the process he needed to follow to see whether they could find my returned equipment. I have just moved house and was in a bit of a panic and upset that I would be charged for something I had already returned, especially with how tight money will be with Christmas, let alone the house moving costs!
I received a text from Lewis this evening, about six hours after I spoke with him, confirming they had found the returned equipment and I would not be charged. I am blown away by how quickly he managed to sort this for me and how kind he was when I spoke with him. He is a credit to Sky and he has restored my faith in Sky as a company.
