Is anyone able to pass on my gratitude to Nathaniel at the Mumbai call centre?
His customer service was highest I have ever experienced. He listened carefully and sorted me a new sky deal and explained everything very carefully. His manners impeccable and he went the extra mile to help. He deserves 10s all round!!
Can someone ensure he gets this message and his line manager informed as well? I could have left Sky but an employee like that convinced me to stay with Sky.
