Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Spoke to Amanda today and she helped me get my account bak on track she done her best waive charges etc. all sorted and had make a payment on 6th July!  then had a call from sky to say they could actually help me more and waived all fees as apparently Amanda coulda done that but she didn't, I wish I remembered persons name who actually sorted my account for me and connected me again as was so so helpful to me and also listened as well, I wish I new their name to be able say thank u, as they deserve the thanks x
