I would like to send feedback regarding the engineer who fixed our broadband issues. However I don't think this is the right place for it because I'm not entirely sure it will get to him or count towards any positive feedback he might get. I thought we would get a survey but nothing as of yet. Any help with this would be good. Thanks.
