Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to your installation engineer James who was in the Sheffield 12 area today helping me following a house move. 

 

He was beyond professional  - he was genuinely friendly and so helpful even going so far as to help me video him talking me through the next stage of set up needed once my internet is installed - he also helped me with a remote control issue.

 

He is an asset to Sky and in a week where I've been surrounded by chaos he was an oasis of calm!!!!  Thank you
