I wanted to say thank you and pass on my feedback for Drew in customer retentions who I spoke to yesterday. The person I spoke to before wasn't helpful but when I spoke to Drew he carried out a full review of my services, made very useful suggestions based on my answers which I decided to take out and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. He has restored my faith in customer service and went above and beyond during the call even suggesting some great titles to watch which was fabulous. Customer service does dometimes lack In big firms nowadays but I was so pleased with the call with Drew from Sky yesterday I wanted to leave feedback. I have decided to stay with Sky for all my services again and that was down to great customer service from Drew. Please can you ensure this is passed on. Thank you.
