Hi I just wanted to pass on my feedback for Anthony the engineer who came out yesterday. Anthony was so helpful. A gardening company cut my internet cable and although Anthony said it needs to be fixed by Openreach, he did a temporary fix to get me back online. Anthony then organised a visit from Openreach and he fitted a new connection box for my cable. Anthony was so lovely - very professional but so helpful & friendly. He's a credit to your organisation.
