Hey, just wanted to give a shout out to Robert who installed my Sky Q in my (less-than well equipped) flat. He was a miracle worker in getting my tv sorted when I thought hope was lost, and managed to sort everything on the second visit. The task involved scouring multiple floors and to find where my flat plugged into the communal system, but he managed to get the job done efficiently. A Sky Engineer Veteran if ever I saw one 😄
