Today (21 Jun 22) I contacted Sky to take up their offer of a TV&Broadband upgrade. I came away with a reduction in my monthly bill and an upgrade to my Sky package so when I got a sms/message asking for some feedback I happily responded.
Responded to first question (based on how the advisor handled your query, would you recommend Sky: 0= Not at all to 10= Definitely) by typing in 10
Wrote the text below in a text editor with intention of cutting and pasting it as the response to the second question (can you please tell us in your own words, why have you been given those scores ?)
<Found the responses to my request to upgrade to Sky Q which I received from Sky to be professional, informative and clear. I was delighted with the cost saving offers (Sky Q and Sky Glass - both with superspeed broadband) and eventually opted for Sky Q. All-In-all a very satisfying experience - well done SKY/Ajaz/Sanjay for looking after their long term customers !>
Problem is I accidentally sent the suggested, automatically generated response 'I don't know ' which completed the survey. Walking and texting at the same time - dangerous !!!
Thing is I really would like my intended response to be taken on board and the positive praise noted but I cannot find a way of making sure the right person/ people get to see it.
Any solutions/suggestions would be gratefully received
