Re: How to send Thanks to Sky

Just had a lovely experience chatting to one of your employees when I rang about a fault on our telephone line. I didn't catch his name but he's based in Bulgaria. He asked me to give feedback which I wanted to do as he was so lovely and helpful but I hung up thinking I'd get a text to do this. 10/10 for this lovely man and thanks for the holiday info on Bulgaria! Hope he sees this .
