Grateful if someone could pass this on the Head of Customer Services and the Customer Agent.

Just wanted to give a 5 star rating to Alexandra of Retentions Department who negotiated the renewal of my tv and broadband contract on 26 March 2021. 
Very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.
